Chris / Casper was born on June 24, 1980, at the Buchanan Hospital in St.Leonards-on-Sea, Son to Kevin and Sue Mepham and baby brother to his sister Sharon 2.

Chris was raised in Bexhill-on-Sea and his first home was in Camperdown Street in Bexhill-on-Sea, where he lived with his Mum, Dad and sister Sharon. Chris's Grandparents lived just around the corner in Highfield Gardens, a house where Chris and his own children would share many happy memories in his adult life.
